- the twice name (Arthur and Mila) are dupplicate -> Message error OK
- The third name (Test New record) is free to record -> Message error and no record !!

Yes this trick that works!

It's a little less pretty and ergonomic (because you have to come back and scroll the menu again) than with the ajax function used for form errors,
but I appreciate your help.

Do not hesitate to send me information about
checking for duplicates in forms (≠mail), if you have any,
so i can use ajax functions to do this.
