We have recently implemented Google Workplace, removing our mailboxes and forwarders from our server to Workplace. This has worked fine except when a form sends a mailback to an address of - for instance firstname.lastname@example.org. If the mailback is directed to a personal email, it works fine. If an email is sent from a personal email to email@example.com, it also works fine. It is only when the form sends a mailback to an address that has the website name in it as @ottawaoc.ca. This has also been the case for firstname.lastname@example.org. I don't really understand why this should be the exception but hope you might.
I wondered if it might be a delay factor so have waited a couple of days for pointers to be updated once I deleted the mailboxes. Still the same problem so if you have any idea what else might cause this, much appreciated. I will keep checking and let you know if I see them come through. I would have thought any delay period would have ended by now.
We found that it was only emails that came from our server that did not get forwarded. I contacted our host company and they have fixed it - not sure how but all works now. Sorry to have caused you time unnecessarily.
