wie bekomme ich die Formulardaten eine speziell Datei mit dem Suffix .iol
Diese Datei soll als Mailanhang Formulardaten im csv Format mit Zusatzfeldern am Anfang verschickt werden.
Durch anklicken startet ein Programm dass die Formulardaten in eine Eingabemaske schreibt

what I found is the following:

The iol file must be in your directory.
In your form, you must have a text field in which the user will enter his email.
In this email field->Advanced-> the mailback option must be checked.
In Mailbackfile, you must enter the server path to the file, not the http path but the server path.

After that user will have .iol file as attachment in mailback

here is detail:
The iol file must be placed in a directory of your site, eg. joomlaroot /images
In your form, you must have a text field in which the user will enter his email.
In this email field->Advanced-> the mailback option must be checked.

In Mailbackfile, you must enter the server path to the file, not the http path but the server path.
You can set it from the Joomla global configuration, system tab.
Path to Log Folder * = copy everything before administrator.
eg /home/myServer/mySiteFolder/
Then add the relative file path eg: images/myFile.iol (/home/myName/siteFolder/images/myFile.iol)
This will add the .iol file as an attachment to the mailback
