I would like to offer only downloads in my shop and to pay only bank transfer and paypal. currently I am testing bank transfer.
if the customer orders something and selects bank transfer, he gets an e-mail with the status Pending.
What do I have to change so that the customer receives an e-mail with the ordered data and my bank information (as order confirmation)?
Can the status change to "Awaiting bank transfer" after the checkout and to "Awaiting paypal payment" at paypal or to "Payment received" if successful?
Can I deactivate unneeded status settings (e.g.: Ready for delivery, Shipped, Partially shipped, Returned, ... )?
