Hi Folks,

PDF Currency Symbol error.

Has anyone had this problem, if so, what cases it?

In the html output for invoices we have this...

<td style="width: 20%; text-align: center;">Subtotal</td>
<td style="width: 60%; text-align: center;">₤0.89</td>

Which is correct, GBP pounds. However, the PDF is displaying a question mark so becomes ?0.89 on the invoice.

So this seems to be an issue with the PDF library, currently TCPDF 6.2.6

Hi Folks,

The previous issue with symbols was fixed by uploaded the unicode font as per instructions . Worked fine since then, until recently.

New installations are getting a question mark for the currency symbol £

Following the instructions to upload a unicode font I'm getting a TCPDF error saying...

"tcpdf error: could not include font definition file:"

I've tried lots of options, checked permissions, cache etc. nothign works, simply will not add the new font.
