I use Breezing Forms Pro 1.9.0 with Joomla 3.9.10.
If the user submits the form, randomly it add multiple entries and sends multiple emails (from 3 to 14). Even if the user has only clicked the submit button once.
I already use a invisible reCaptcha.
Could you please help me?
Thank you for your answer. I've checked it in the Dev tools, the disabled attribute is set correctly on the button with your script. Unfortunately it doesn't help. There was a submission multiple times again.
I think it's another problem. A few times I've been able to reproduce it myself. And I'm sure I clicked only once on the submit button.
The 1. is really a problem, because it is a sign up page that is used a lot at the moment. And they sometimes get many email in response to their sign up and there are many records in the database (Yesterday 26 for one sign up).
At the moment I've done the following steps:
- Added a submit button as a control, that submits the form as action. With this step I've removed your script. But this didn't help anything. It's still the same.
- Replaced the invisible reCAPTCHA V3 with a reCAPTCHA V2 "I'm not a robot". There was no multiple submition so far. Maybe this helps as a workaround.
The 2. is still untouched. I did all the tests with 1.
If you would like to do tests, 2. would be easier. I'm the only recipient of the emails and there is no productive maintained list.
I haven't seen the multiple submission from different browsers:
