From the CB user profile data, I want to create a document in pdf or word format.

For example, suppose I want to create a document that pulls user data into a word or pdf document, such as their name, address , phone number and some custom fields.

What is the easiest way to do this? As an admin, I will access the backend.

what you can get is the following:
-if user populate form and send it you can receive (you as admin and user who populate form), an email with pdf attached.
In this pdf you /user can see populated fields (or fields which you want to show in pdf).
