Is it possible to modify the format for the exported Excel Sheet in any way?

For our list which is quite big and also has some "textareas" fields, when we export the excel sheets, some fields get created with very wide column due to e.g. long descriptions without any line breaks.
See attached example.

The exported Excel sheet automatically has the "wrap text" on which is nice, so to make the exported Excel sheet more decent, it would be nice to somehow set a max limit the column size of the exported sheet, e.g. 100 (705 pixels). Is this possible?

Also in our ContentBuilder list we also have the Author column shown, but this column does not get exported by the Excel Export feature? How can this be added to the export Excel Sheet?

Additionally some basic formatting would be nice like:
- The field titles being Bold
- The Sort & Filter-> Filter setting "on" for the top row titles
