Since updating to Joomla 3.10.1, the drill down from the summary to detail has stopped working on all pages. No other changes have been made. Coincidence or ???

Weird - I restarted the browser to check it wasn't associated with old links- got the same result. An hour later, in the SAME browser session it's working! maybe cacheing caused it to persist in the new browser window?

yep, this is possible that cache caused this.

You can disable cache in System->Global configuration->System->System cache->set it to off (this is one information, but I guess you already did that )

If this happens again, just clear the browser cache
