Hi Support,

I used the "Show XLS export" in Content Builder Views for my web site.
However, the export failed with the following error when user tried to export all entries(1176 entries) on the list.

ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

When I filtered the list first to get 136 entries then the export works.
Is there limitation on how many entries can be exported?
Could you please advise?

I'll check in backend code is there a limit to how many entries can be exported and back to you as soon as possible.

just one fyi:
please try to increase max_input_time , max_execution_time , and memory_limit in php.ini.

If you can't find it, ask your host provider for this

I'm currently looked backend code for export data in view and I can not see the records limit.
Have you tried this what is Tihana posted in the comment above?

Hi,

I have tried what Tihana suggested by increasing the max_input_time from 60 to 120 and memory_limit from 256M to 300M then it works.

I also noticed the following error when I ran FPA report:
Last Known PHP Error
[19-Jun-2021 04:03:44 UTC] PHP Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /home/domainname/public_html/administrator/components/com_contentbuilder/models/export.php on line 144

Does this mean that the export.php needs to be fixed as well?
Whom should I report to for bug like this?
