I have Content builder Lists displayed in 'Songs' and 'Steps of Faith' main menu items.

I want users on the Songs page to be able to:
1) Drill down first by Language and then by Titles.
2) Drill down Steps of Faith, first by Language and then by the speaker.

When the set the Advanced List Filer Module with comma-separated Filter Field IDs, I am no longer able to access the Songs Page or the Steps of Faith Page. When I try to access these pages I get the following response.

0 - Call to undefined method Joomla\Registry\Registry::getValue()

Following another post in this forum, I tried replacing getValue() by Get() on line 343 on helper.php file, but this did not solve the issue. I also tried changing the PHP version to 7.1 and clearing the cache, but the problem is persistent.

I have now reset the PHP version to 7.4 and I am using Joomla 3.9. Presently, I have disabled the Advanced List Filter module so that the pages can be accessed.

Without Advanced List Filter, any further content added cannot be properly searched and found. Kindly do the needful to guide me.

Note: I can send you the site admin login credentials if required for resolving this.

could you please debug this, and tell us where this error occurs (on which line in helper.php)?
And please use php 7.4 (don't use older version then 7.4)

Yes, I have followed the procedure as per the instructions given. I deleted the previous drill-down filter module and then set it up again following the instruction steps. But the problem persists.

The PHP version is now set at 7.4, but the issue persists.

The debug report mentions Line 383 of helper.php file, as well as some other files.

I have attached a screenshot of the error report for your review and I await your guidance on further steps to resolve this error.

In the helper.php file, on lines 353, 383, and 398, I tried changing getValue() to get(). The error disappeared and the page loaded.

But although the filter was visible correctly, it could not be used as the dropdowns for select were not working. So I have undone all changes done.

Also as the site is live, I have temporarily disabled the filter modules so that the pages can be accessed.
