TEMA:

In a contentbuilder view, every user has access to the complete list of breezingforms submitted.
We have build a breezing form, that contains personal information from a person.
And every form has a mandatory field ‘username’.

Is it possible that a user only sees a contentbuilder view with the records submitted to his username?

in permissions tab of that view in Force permissions on owner enable what owner can do (view, edit...)

Thanks, but this is not what I need to solve.

My breezingforms are submitted by different people.
So the ‘force permission on owner’ is not usable.

In every form, I have defined a field ‘name’, that can contain upto 20 different names (select from list).

I would like to generate a (content builder) overview not from all submitted forms.
But only from one of the persons selected in the name field.

Hi,

basically, you can create a user group and set permissions for this group.
You can't select persion from select from list and then for this person set this.
The only solution that can be done is that you create a different user group.

Maybe there is another out of the box solution:

We have build a very flexible breezingform.
Which gathers all kinds of information about a patient. (say bloodpressure, weight, height, etc)
There is a dropdown list with the patients names in the form, and the user that submits the form, can select the name of the person/patient.

This patient has also access to the system.
She/He has an user account.

We want to present only the information from this particular patient in ONE view.

Brainstorm:
Is there a way, that after submitting a breezingform.
That the form/pdf is added to a joomla article?
Then we can present this article to the specific patient!

if you want to show information of particular patient in one view then Force permissions on owner can help. Each patient can see only its records.

Pdf can't be added to a joomla article, but user in email can receive pdf with information (and you as admin)
