Hello I am getting the white screen of death when I navigate to my form. Here is a link to the form. 1aleaday.com.au/index.php?option=com_facileforms&Itemid=31

I would really appreciate some assistnace if anyone else has had this. I have submitted this to support but haven't heard anything back.

I have looked through the other forum posts and tried their suggestions but no luck. It was working fine for months and this just started happening although we did move servers 2 weeks ago I'm not sure if that broke it but the forms look fine in the back-end.

This is what I have tried.

Created new forms and copied the contents over to the new forms and they worked until you submitted them and then got the white screen of death again.

Tried uninstalling breezing forms including a full delete before doing this and deleting and re-installing the database tables - didn't work.

Tried copying the database tables from the beta site where the forms work that didn't work so then I tried copying the database tables as well as all the files from the working beta site. This didn't work either. The beta site is on the same server and is working fine - its exactly the same site!

I tried looking at the live error logs as I visited the page and the page wasn't generating any PHP errors.

Any help would be appreciated thankyou.

I cant access the site but first thing I would check is the php version. Should be at least php 5.1.2

I apologise the address is 1saleaday.com.au/index.php?option=com_facileforms&Itemid=31 you can get to it also by going to the main page 1saleaday.com.au and clicking on contact down the bottom right.

The PHP version is 5.2.9 it is a brand new server and there are a lot of Joomla components installed on this site and Breezing Forms is the only one not working as it was before.
