Reaction time for customers is usually within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive adequate and professional answers to each of your support requests but there is no guarantee on reaction times. Under certain circumstances (weekends, public holidays and heavy workload), there might be delays. If communicating with our support, make sure your email address given to support is correct and check your spam folders if answers seem overdue.
