Update:

On NAS environment, after tweaking max_post_size and upload_max_filesize, was able to import my exported file with 150+ forms in 1 go.

Unfortunately, the forms (still) cannot be accessed through Manage Forms ( <root>/administrator/index.php?option=com_breezingforms&act=manageforms).

At the same time, New forms cannot be created, so no joy so far....

And the story continues...

I created an article that references the ID of a form earlier created in a J3 environment and imported into my J4 environment.
After installing and enabling the plugin, the form appeared.

So far, so good.

Captcha didn't function as expected (was still V2 in the form definition while already moved to V3).
Adapted form in J3 environment and imported again.
Had to delete duplicate form in database.

Noticed calender is not functioning properly; date needs to be entered manually.

Hit submit button: critical error, file tcpdf_fonts.php.
Updated the this file.

Now seems to work properly, including sending email.

Updated component so initial install includes less issues.

It's a bit a pain in the ass, but at least I'm able to display a form.

To give you an idea how the form used to look and how it looks on J4:
The first screen shot is the old situation.
The second shows an odd calendar part / button and a 'Send' button ('Verzenden') with a blue background (second screenshot).
When using the calendar, an incorrect date is the result, the 3rd screenshot.

A first investigation shows that apparently for J4 different code is generated, like bfCalender class that is missing, btn-primary instead of btn-secondary, etc. where the button color might be affected by css code related to the used T4 template from JoomlArt.
