On our website I put up a page with links to documents that were uploaded via a form. They were all perfectly fine, until we recently upgraded to the BreezingForms Pro 1.9.1, and now when I click on the links I get a 404 error. I checked my host and the files are still there, and they said there's no problem on their side. Is there some security feature that blocks access to the uploaded files? If so, how do I remove it?

Oddly enough, even when I go to Manage Records on the administrator page, all these records appear with "file not found on server:" next to the uploaded file name...

Any ideas?

Hi,

just one hint:
I assume that you enabled Use url in file upload->Advanced, and when you receive file you can't open it

Please make sure that folder (/media/breezingforms/uploads) has permissions 777, and in this folder you will see .htaccess file, please open it and remove "deny form all".
