basically yes.

E.g. with this code on change in Actionscript (go to this element->Advanced->Actionscript->check Custom->check Change->click on Create code framework, and between case 'change' and break; add:where #ff_elem1247 is ID of select list (find it with right click on browser->Inspect->and in Console find ID of select list), and 2 is value (replace it with your value of select list).

hmm...if list is imported dynamically, then we need to find another way to do this (if this is possible).
