What installation did you try? I ask you because to test our configuration you must access our server with administrator privileges.
If you read the beginning of this forum thread, in your first reply you suggest the same solution of switching browsers and obviously we already tried this and all the other suggestions you gave us in the forum and via email, however the problem persists even after uninstalling the plugin and renaming the installation folder.
That's why I was wondering if you could tell me some way to completely remove the configuration so that when I reinstall I can enter new configuration data.
I would greatly appreciate it if you would review the previously posted items in this forum thread to help us troubleshoot this issue.
