I am trying to a create a good looking Contact form. I have created the basic form with Breeze and would like to include it in SP Page Builder - but I dont think that s possible unless we have a custom html script?

Alternative is to use the Breeze form but I would need to have an image on one side and form on the other and another needs Address and contact details on one side and the form opposite. Do you have any examples?

Hi,

you have 2 more options.
You can publish the form via plugin (embed the form inside an article) or module.
Please take a look at the following article:

When you download the BF zip folder, extract it and go to extensions > addons > mod_breezingforms and plg_breezingforms.
