In Joomla 3.10x I have created a simple contact form. There is a radio group of three contact names and it works perfectly sending the email to the correct admin recipient. However, the person submitting the form is not getting a mailback copy.

These are my settings (not real email addresses here, of course):
Edit: to avoid text breaking out of the forum post area I have added a space after one of the recipients.

BreezingForms Configuration > default email notification address > secretary@domain.com

Form Properties > Mail notification > ticked
Form Properties > Mail recipient(s) > {Recipient:Chairman>email.address@gmail.com,Secretary>secretary@domain.com, Treasurer>email.address@outlook.com}

Advanced > More Options > Admin Emails > To Custom Address > Email to {Recipient:Chairman>email.address@gmail.com,Secretary>secretary@domain.com, Treasurer>email.address@outlook.com}
Advanced > More Options > Admin Emails > Alternative Reply-To Email {Email}
Advanced > More Options > Admin Emails > Alternative From Name {Email}

Advanced > More Options > Mailback Emails > Alternative Reply-To Email > {Recipient:Chairman>email.address@gmail.com,Secretary>secretary@domain.com, Treasurer>email.address@outlook.com}
Advanced > More Options > Mailback Emails > Alternative From Name > Organisation Name
Advanced > More Options > Mailback Emails > Custom Email Subject > A copy of your website enquiry form submission

dept1,dept2 is value of selectlist/radiogroup (not title)

Based on selected value user/admin will receive mail

My select list (radio group) looks like this:
0;Chairman;Chairman
0;Secretary;Secretary
0;Treasurer;Treasurer

Is that wrong?

it is ok, your values of radio group are: Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer.

Please follow my post from message above, put the code in correct place and it will work.

Hi. As you should be able to see from my original post, I did just that:

Advanced > More Options > Mailback Emails > Alternative Reply-To Email > {Recipient:Chairman>email.address@gmail.com,Secretary>secretary@domain.com, Treasurer>email.address@outlook.com}

The only difference being that I didn't have a space either side of the > symbol.
I tried again after entering spaces, so the code looks like this:

{Recipient:Chairman > email.address@gmail.com,Secretary > secretary@domain.com, Treasurer > email.address@outlook.com}

Where
"NAME-OF-SELECT:" = "Recipient:"
"dept1 >" = "Chairman >"
"department1@company.com," = "email.address@gmail.com,"

and so on for the other contacts.

It still does not work for Mailback but it does send the message to the correct Admin contact using the same code in the Admin Emails tab (as it always has done).
