Hello everybody

I have a strange problem. I have a form that retrieves data from a db (query) and then these data populate a number of fields. The form was working perfectly since last December. After December I unpublished it since today.
Today I published the form and when I test the form in the preview mode the data are retrieved and presented perfectly. However when I try to do the same on the frontend of the page there is no result presented.

Do you have any idea how to solve this problem?

please try to disable cache, go to System-Global Configuration-System-System cache-set it to off, then test it again

cache was already off. I turn it to ON and then again to Off. The problem remains
