Good day.I have a form that have file uploads, it is working when I was using the classic upload, but when I switched to HTML5 upload it is not working anymore. Attached files are the screenshot of my settings.I appreciate any help. Thank you.

are you using the latest version of BF?
You want HTML max file size 15MB?

This settings are ok. Are you seeing uploaded image in Manage Records?

could you please export your form (only this form in which is upload file with HTML5), that I can test it on my server?
For export go to BF->Configuration->Create Package->select this form->click on Continue. After that on your PC you will have .xml file->please zip this xml file and post it here.
