by submitting the form a 1064 error is thrown:

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'and published=1' at line 1 SQL=select name, code from #__facileforms_pieces where id= and published=1 ( neu.iwp.de/joomla/seminare/anmeldung.html )

I don't know what to do now.

are you using some custom script in this form?

do you get the same problem when you publish a very simple form (for example with just one text field)? test this too please.

I am not using any costum script in this form.

Publishing another simple form doesn't cause any error reports: Try it

yes, thank you. You changed setting in "Before form pieces" from "custom" to "none" and
everything is fine now.
