which version of BreezingFroms are you using? The latest one is BreezingForms 1.8.7. build(882).

For 1. option, Mailbackfile, you do not need to copy files, just set the path to your pdf file.

For 2. option you will need to have 3 copies with 3 different names, based on your forms.

Let us know if that worked for you.

I am having trouble with this. I have the file path for the pdf uploaded to the server.

On the email element I have the mailback file with the absolute path of that file listed.

This is where I think I have failed:

Note: Please copy the file /media/breezingforms/pdftpl/pdf_attachment.php under the same location and name it FORMNAME_pdf_attachment.php. Replace FORMNAME with the name of your form.

I have copied the file and placed it: /media/breezingforms/pdftpl/ mom-women-camp-supply-list_pdf_attachment.php

All I get attached is the form data, not the pdf.

hmm,

could you please for the test, set up the pdf file in the Joomla root, then insert only the name of the pdf file, without' /media/breezingforms/pdftpl/'

and then test and see whether you will get the correct pdf

When I tested the form I did receive the email but only with the form data, not the pdf as the attachment.
