Hello,

please go to

edit Form-> Admin email-> Edit Emails -> check "custom"

Now a window opens with all form elements and labels on the left. Add those elements to the template by clicking on them.

After saving you will receive emails without the header information.

But to me necessary, in the custom report I need the time and date of sending and IP address senders.

Which command to add in custom form , I get the data I need ...

I edit some files , change, value but noting
