After many days I discovered that you do have Form Apps for Joomla User Registration where I can customise the Registration Form. But now cannot find it anywhere. I managed to locate a Login Form but it is the Registration Form I need.

If you want to download BFRegistration form login to crosstec.org with your account > My Account > My Downloads > and search for "BREEZINGFORMS FORM APPS".
You will find BFRegistration inside downloaded file.
