Hello Tihana,

I've got a problem and hoping you can tell me how to fix it.

In my forms that collect payments, I have the payment methods setup with conditional statements, if the user chooses the payment method for Credit Card, then the Credit Card section opens with its required fields. If the user chooses the payment method for Bank Check, then the Bank Check section opens with its required fields...and so on for the other payment methods.

The problem is, if a user checks one payment method, and starts to fill in those fields, but then changes their mind and selects another payment method, and then fills in the fields for it, and submits the form...the fields they filled in for the first payment method they changed their mind for, show up in the mailbacks.

Is there a script I can add, that if a user selects a different payment method it clears out the fields for all other payment methods?

I'm hoping there is because today I received a form from a user changing their billing method and they did exactly what I explained above and I ended up with both a credit card number and a bank account number, which left me not knowing what I was supposed to be processing.

oke, I saw FORM, and after every change of payment method, you want to wipe the populated element on the previous payment method, right? (If stay populated then info comes over email )

I'm not sure what you are asking...sorry, but what I want is if they start to fill out fields for a payment method, and then change their mind and click on a different payment method, it wipes out what they entered for the previous payment method.

Just for the the Payment methods only...the forms are so large that I would hate to wipe out all other fields, not just payment method fields, just because they change their mind on a payment method. Does this make sense to you?
