Can a user edit their form submission?

Yes a user can edit their form if:

1. They are logged in when they complete the form; and
2. In the menu item where you connect the form, you set the "Submission editable by user?" parameter to YES.
3. if published with the plugin, the"Submission editable by user?" parameter is set
4. if published with the module , the "Submission editable by user?" option is checked
5. In combination with a Contentbuilder frontend view
