You can find BreezingForms Azure Theme among other in BreezingForms installation folder - breezingforms_190_UNZIP_FIRST -> additional_themes
Follow this steps for BreezingForms QuickMode Azure Theme Installation:
1. Copy the folders into /media/breezingforms/themes-bootstrap/
2. Create or open a QuickMode form and in the form's advanced tab, in Form Themes > Choose a theme engine > choose Bootstrap.
Among section Bootstrap Themes >Theme > choose Azure Theme
NOTE: Azure Theme supports only Bootstrap 2. In short time Bootstrap 3 version is going to be supported as well.
3. Click Save Properties
4. Open your form and you should see your form loaded with the selected theme.
NOTE: You need to keep original theme name (Azure) otherwise you will loose theme functionality.
How to use Icons in Azure Theme:
- Easy usage of Font Awesome icons
go to the site http://fontawesome.io/icons/ and choose desired icon.
For example, if you picked user icon copy the following part of CSS class:
Copied class goes to into the Icon field of the following elements:
textfield,
textarea,
calendar
or responsive calendar.
