Is there a way for me to export the form as a PDF document to send to the admin Email?
Yes, you sure can do that. Go to the form's properties => Advanced tab => More Options. In the 'Attachment' dropdown at the bottom, select the PDF option. You can also choose to log the form values to the database or not, and the option of only sending non-empty values.
Once you have made the changes you want there, click the SAVE icon in the lower right-hand corner of that screen to save those form properties. You will then be redirected back to the form properties screen. Click on the SAVE icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to save the form.
