My form isn't showing checkboxes, select-lists or other form elements. Help! What am I doing wrong?
Are you using a Rocket Themes template, by any chance? If so, some of them have a feature in the advanced settings to turn INPUT STYLING on or off. If it is on, try turning it off and then check your form again. It is often the culprit with this issue!
