In CSS, you can target specific HTML elements or groups of elements using CSS selectors. Once you have targeted the elements you want to modify, you can apply CSS rules to them to change their appearance or behavior.

For example, if you want to modify all paragraphs on a web page, you could use the following CSS rule:

css
Copy code
p {
font-size: 16px;
line-height: 1.5;
color: #333;
}
This rule sets the font size to 16 pixels, the line height to 1.5 (which gives the text some breathing room), and the color to a dark gray.

If you have a specific region on your page that you want to modify, you can use a CSS selector to target it. For example, if you have a div element with an ID of "my-region", you could modify it like this:

css
Copy code
#my-region {
background-color: #f2f2f2;
padding: 20px;
border: 1px solid #ccc;
}
This rule sets the background color to a light gray, adds some padding around the content inside the div, and adds a 1 pixel solid border around the div.

Hi Chris,

To style your "Select list" element, you can use CSS to modify the appearance of the regions. One way to do this is to target the "option" tag within the "select" tag using the "nth-child" pseudo-class. For example, if you want to style the first region "Attica", you can use the following CSS rule:

css

select option:nth-child(2) {
color: red;
font-weight: bold;
}

This will make the text color red and bold for the "Attica" option.

Similarly, you can target other regions using the "nth-child" pseudo-class, and apply different CSS styles to each region.

I hope this helps i was also facing this issue in my website (suilong.co.uk/) but know it will solved i used this code!
