I putted the script in my form as per your recommendations.

I can submit the form and can see on "Thank You page" the "DOWNLOAD PDF" link. Unfortunately, when clicking on it, the main page comes up without the ability to download the document.

I don't know why but I cannot anymore use smileyes and "private information" as text formatting on your forums, I only have "List", "Horizontal Line" and "Table". See screenshot attached.

ok, I will check it on your test form, but could you please enable that I can test this test form when click on Preview in backend, it always show profile information when click on it, and I don't want to change something without your permission

You should use the link on the frontend that I supplied to you to test the Form.

It shows a Profile information because of RGPD consent expiration )). I successfully renewed your access for the RGPD. You can acccess now the form.
