Hi Bruce,

that option is for edit record, you need to have saved record to make it edit, as I see you have not any values in that field I think that is the reason way happens it. You can try to edit one record which had value and should be okay.

I just tested it on my server and do the same things.

But I'll investigate additionally this and then back to you with more information.

Hi,

in this way "manage records" works. These data are from the database table , and if the record is not there, you can't add a new one through the manage records, just edit an existing ones.

E.g. if total fees is not populated when form is submitted, records is not saved in database, and through manage records you can't add it, you can only edit existing records because they are already saved in database

The record was already saved. I clicked EDIT, made some changes, and scrolled to the bottom and clicked "SAVE". I have changed 20 other records and this is the only one that isn't working.

Please check this record in database, and check if everything is saved there
