Hi,

my mistake was that I tested with with submit pieces.
Since you need it for a before form piece, I adjusted it to use sessions internally so the setting is still available upon submission.

By this it was writing the payment cache as it was originally supposed to.

Please download, unzip and copy the file attached into /components/com_breezingforms/ and leave your original initialization of that variable as it is.

please go to actionscript of element and put this:
ff_getElementByName
not f_getElementByName
