I'm integrating that code with the actual form I want to use it on.

The before form does a bit of setup work, and the after submit saves form data to the user profile.

There will also be a couple of payment options - PayPal and PoliPay, and I might have to allow for cheques for a little while yet.

I have the form submitting and going thru polipay but it crashes when we get back to the before form so I'm just working thru that atm.

It's 0500 here atm, so I'm going to head off to bed. Thanks for all your work so far, I'll get back to this tomorrow. What time is it where you are? and can I pick up again tomorrow?

The problem I was having was from the '&' before poli_return in $json_builder - as the first argument, it should be '?'

Once I fixed that, I got everything working. so now I just need to call relevant response pages and handle error cases.
Can you give me some pointers as to the best way to approach this please in BF?
I guess the pages are fed into $json_builder URL fields. Would that be hard coded or are there some clever vars I can use?

Also, I am assuming all i need to do is check which payment option has been chosen and activate the Poli code in end submit accordingly.

Hi

Thanks for your help in this. It's making a lot of sense now.

Would it be better to switch the Poli code operation in the end submit, or run it from the click event of the poli button, putting a ff_validate_submit at the end of the button code?

also, I'm thinking the response should drive page selection, so I'm thinking I create a response page and populate it from the begin form piece. would that be correct?

Cheers

Hi,

the new code I provided is for what happens after the user paid, cancelled or poli tries to notify about the final outcome. So the position as Before Form piece is correct as it is basically a listener, waiting for something to be happening if the form is called by poli to leave the data.

If you need to select a form page when Poli sends back to the form, please use the URL property "&ff_page=PAGENUMBER" in the return links for success, cancel and so on (but not for the nudge as this is entirely just to post the final outcome and the user won't ever be interfering with this case).

Regards,
Markus
