You can create prepared text called a signature and include it when you send email messages. For example, you can create a signature for your work email and another for your personal email.

Hi,

are you using customize pdf_attachement file?

If yes,then go to:
media/breezingforms/pdftpl/pdf_attachemnt.php file
you can copy pdf_attachemnt.php file and customize it for specific form, and name it like:
formname_pdf_attachment
where formname is name of your form not title

Here is explained how to customize pdf file:
crosstec.org/en/support/online-documenta...-s-pdf-template.html

So, if you want to add two signatures in pdf template, and based on code in link adjust the code like:
<?php
$name = '';
$email = '';

$signature1 = '';
$signature2 = '';

if (count($xmldata)){
   foreach ($xmldata as $data) {
      $value = nl2br(htmlentities(substr(is_array($data[_FF_DATA_VALUE]) ? implode('|',$data[_FF_DATA_VALUE]) : $data[_FF_DATA_VALUE],0,10000), ENT_QUOTES, 'UTF-8'));
      switch($data[_FF_DATA_NAME]){
        case 'name':
          $name = $value;
          break;
        case 'email':
          $email = $value;
          break;
        case 'signature1': //add case like this for each signature, replace signature1 with name of your signature element
         if($data[_FF_DATA_TYPE] == 'Signature' && file_exists(JPATH_SITE.'/media/breezingforms/signatures/'.$data[_FF_DATA_VALUE])) {

                $signature1 = $data[_FF_DATA_VALUE];
                }
          break;
        case 'signature2':
         if($data[_FF_DATA_TYPE] == 'Signature' && file_exists(JPATH_SITE.'/media/breezingforms/signatures/'.$data[_FF_DATA_VALUE])) {
                $signature2 = $data[_FF_DATA_VALUE];
                }
          break;
      }
    }
  }
?>

<table>
<tr>
<td>
   <strong>Name:</strong>
</td>
<td>
  <?php echo $name; ?>
</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>
   <strong>Signature1:</strong>
</td>
<td>
  <?php echo '<img src="'.JPATH_SITE.'/media/breezingforms/signatures/'.$signature1.'" />'; ?>
</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<tr>
<td>
   <strong>Email:</strong>
</td>
<td>
  <?php echo $email; ?>
</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>
   <strong>Signature2:</strong>
</td>
<td>
  <?php echo '<img src="'.JPATH_SITE.'/media/breezingforms/signatures/'.$signature2.'" />'; ?>
</td>
</tr>
<tr>
</table>
and don't forget, add fields which you want to show there
-name is name of field name
-email is name of field email
-signature1 is name of field for signature (replace it with yours)
-signature2 is name of field for second signature (replace it with yours)

I hope I explained it well

If you need more help, let me know

Regards,
Tihana
