Tihana,

Thank you for pointing out my dumb mistake.

My other issues -

1) getting the numbers all in 2 decimal places with thousands separator, e.g. show numbers as 1,265.87 and not 1265.869784/

2) My select list switchpage function does not work from page 2 even though it works from pages 1, 3-8?

1,234,567.89 and not 1234567.88795

Hi,

ok I added the code:
.toLocaleString('en-US', {
minimumFractionDigits: 2,
maximumFractionDigits: 2});
for each calculation in initialization script and it works as you wanted.

Please check it

I can not find my last post that I thought I left before leaving work today, so I am repeating it here.

You fully resolved my issue with number format and I now have 2 decimal places and the thousands separator. Thank you so much.

My most key issue that I am still struggling with is in trying to use the mailback email as a quote to return to a customer who fills out my form.

I only want the mailback email to include the quantity-price-ext.price elements of the items where the customer has entered a quantity. At present, the Initialization Script puts a "0" in the ext.price elementfor all items when the form loads, so this prints out on the mailback email even though I only want non-empty values.

It seems as though I need some direction on how to restructure the calculations in the initialization script so that it doesn't put in the "0"s in the ext.price elements, or, do I need to put an "on change" action script in each quantity element to tell it than"onchange" of the quantity. make the calculation quantity*price= ext.price?

I need to correct wording on last part of last sentence ... "or, do I need to put an "on change" action script in each quantity element to tell it that when the customer makes an "onchange" change of the quantity, then make the calculation quantity*price= ext.price?"

Hi,

solved all!

I deleted the code from initalization script, and add actionscript change on each field for calculation, and now all work as you want :)
