How could one import a prev BF element, "balance," from either "ID" or CB record generated, to new form, into new element, for full payment of a left over balance.
Much thanks in advance.

Hi,

for example you can show "balance" from one form in your new form.
Do you want this?

Right.
I was trying figure this out.
Draw the balance from Form A to Form B for payment purpose, but couldn't figure out how to implement form ID of prev form into new, necessary element.
Simple form. 4 or 5 elements then PP pay.
Have elements list, no code.
Much Thanks.

Hi,

I create and example for you. Please download, unzip and install it.

I create two forms (FormA and FormB). Open Form A and enter some number and submit, it will redirect you to Form B and field BalancefromformA will be populated.

Here is code:
FORM A
Go to your form A->Advanced->More options->Submit Pieces->End Submit->check custom:
$this->execPieceByName('ff_InitLib');
$name=ff_getSubmit('balance');
header('Location: index.php?option=com_breezingforms&ff_name=formB&name='.$name);
Here you are submiting the formA and storing that value from balance element.

FORM B
Has only code in BalancefromformA element in value field.
Go to BlanacefromformA->Properties->Value:
<?php return JRequest::getVar('name'); ?>

This code will pull out value from URL which we defined in Form A.

Let me know if you need more help.

Regards,
Tihana

Ok..
So from this code, how/where can I implement the "balance" element from the BF form baitahook2_formA (script ID 49) from within the library and have that "balance" value populate balance in formB?
I'm trying.. ; )

???
$this->execPieceByName('ff_InitLib');
///echo '<form name="baitahook2_formA" action="my-external-script-filename.php" method="post">';
$i=0;
//or
$this->record_id="49";
$name=ff_getSubmit('balance');
header('Location: index.php?option=com_breezingforms&ff_name=formB&name='.$name);

Much thanks.
