ich habe nach wie vor das Problem, dass meine Uploads ohne Notification-Mails bleiben...

Hallo,

kommen die uploads denn auf dem Server an? Wenn ja dann wird das wahrscheinlich daran liegen das die Datei an die Email angehängt wird aber zu groß für das Postfach ist.

Bitte sicherstellen das in den erweiterten Optionen "an Admin Email anhängen" nicht aktiviert ist.

Hallo!

Eventuelle Anhänge sind nicht die Ursache. Markus hatte Zugang zur Seite und konnte offenbar auch nichts ausrichten.
Das Formular lädt rauf, die Datei kommt an. Anschließend ist eine weiße Seite im Browaser zu sehen und nichts geht mehr. Die Notification-Mails werden nicht versandt. Das Problem ist, dass ich durch diesen Ablauf keine Ahnung hab, wer die Datei raufgeladen hat. Das ist nicht so gut.

Ich hab Markus schon vorgeschlagen, die Reihenfolge umzustellen, so dass erst die Mails rausgehen und dann raufgeladen wird. Der Upload funkioniert ja recht verlässlich. Aber ich bekomm keine Antwort von ihm...

Hallo,
ich habe das Problem mit der weissen Seite in ähnlicher Form.
Es tritt ab 18-28 MB je nach Netzverbindung auf.
Es ist keine ganz weisse Seite, sondern ein kleines HTML-Gerüst ist vorhanden.
Hast du das auch? (rechte Maustaste auf weisse Seite, Quelltext anzeigen)

Ist das HTMl-Gerüst unvollständig? (kein schliessendes </html> tag). Wenn ja, dann ist das ein Hinweis auf ein PHP-Fehler, d.h. das Skript wurde abgebrochen. Ich kümmere mich aber gerade intensiv um das Problem auf dem Server von werthersd.
