Hello,

we are runniung latest Version BreezingForms 1.9.1 Stable (build 941).

For a new form the submission creates often hundreds of similar entries but not always?

p.s: please write name of form too

Maybe your users click on submit button few times, and it creates duplicates

Hi,

please test now, I think that now it should be ok

I disabled cache in System->Global configuration->System

Because cache can caused multiple records

Let me know the result
