this link which you see in menu is not link of the form, basically when you menu item item->Breezingforms->add form, this link is auto created for menu, but the real link is link of your page/alias, in your case:
ugandakitgumschoolfoundation.com/nl/aanmelding

Alias is SEF url.
What is SEF url you can see here:
docs.joomla.org/Enabling_Search_Engine_Friendly_(SEF)_URLs

yeah, sorry for this, but we had a problem with server, it is solved now

Basically, it works on way as I described, when you published your form as menu, then it is disaplayed as: www.yourpage.com /alias

In your case you create menu for nl language then:
www.yourpage.com/nl/alias

I tried this, but i can't get it to work.
The menu items just don't create the correct URL
I embed the forms now in Articles that are connected to menu items, that seems work.

Yes its a work around that works for me... pitty i can't get the menu items to work .
