I went to "updates" and it says I'm on 5.5.3.
There is an option to re-install 5.5.3, so I did that. It completed; no change.

If I deactivate and delete the plugin, and re-install it will I lose my data (eg., forms)?

Hi,

you can install it over (BF plugin).

But for safety you can pick up your forms (BF->Configuration->Create Package->Select form(s)->Continue)->after that you will have .xml file on your PC

OK, did that. See attached... sadly, looks like it could see the forms enough to show me their names (attached screenshot), but this XML appears to be empty (except for tags, attached)...

from Form Selection you can select your forms->then click on Continue->after that the download starts (you will see xml file).

I selected all of the forms; this is the xml file:

OK, so what I did next was to de-activate BF (1.4.4), and install and activate it again... what was installed was BF (1.2.8.11)!!! WTH?! See attached screenshot that shows them both in the plugin listing....



This is beyond weird, I don't understand what is going on....

However, that old version had my forms and I could export a package which I then tried to import back into the newer version (didn't help).

BUT the old version WORKS in the website....

Why does WP have BF(1.2.8.11) as the latest version?

If someone at Crosstec can explain all this to me I'd be grateful!
