Field not available in mail back form

One of the fields ("Opzegging per 1 januari of 1 juli") of this form avdem.nl/opzeggen-lidmaatschap/view/form is not available in the list of fields that you put in the mailback forms to both admins as users.
I decided to add it manually but this does not work (I double checked the right name of the field). The field info is not added in the mailback.
How can I resolve this?

Hello,

Please navigate to BreezingForms > Manage records and take a look at a record for submission in which you have selected a value for"Opzegging per 1 januari of 1 juli".
Is the selected value there or it is like no value was selected?

Another thing, please try to switching to Custom email and see whether the value of that select list is present in the email you receive.

Let me know the result and then we will move forward solving this accordingly.

Hello Mihaela,
Thank you for helping me.
I checked the submitted records and also there the field is not present while I did select an option.
I already use the custom mail but the field is just not recorded it seems, it is also not in the list of available fields at the lef so I added it manually.

Hello again,

I'm glad to help you.

So since the field is not present when using regular email nor in the record based on the submission, I assume that you have logging for this element unchecked.

Please navigate to Advanced properties of that select list element and see whether you have Logging checkbox checked.
If it is not checked, check it and it should solve the issue.

Let me know whether this solved the issue or the Logging checkbox was already checked.

Hmm,

I'm not sure what might have gone wrong then.

Please delete that element and recreate it, that should solve the issue. If you have for example copied the form an issue might have occurred.
Let me know whether after that it works normally.

If it doesn't you can send me your backend login info to mihaela.kobovac@crosstec.org so I can take a look at your form and try to solve the issue.
