Hello,

I am making some changes to a website for someone else that uses the template 'Prismatic for Joomla 3.x'. They wanted me to change the background image, so I did following the documentation. They first wanted it to be completely white so I removed the background images under
‘Settings’ -> ‘Templates” -> ‘Prismatic’ -> ‘Advanced’ -> ‘Background image’.

Now they want a different image so I added the image as bg_04.jpg under ‘sample-background’ in the template manager and added it to ‘background image’ following the path that I previously mentioned. However, it stays white now

Could someone help me?
