Hallo crosstec-Team,
ich habe ein sehr merkwürdiges Problem mit einem Formular, das als Modul in eine Seite eingebunden ist. Nach dem Absenden wird der Eintrag in die Datenbank gemacht und die Admin-E-Mail inkl. Anhang versendet, aber es wird weder die "Danke"-Seite noch ein Fehler angezeigt, stattdessen wird auf der Seite nur der angehängte Quelltext angezeigt!Dabei ist es egal, ob ich als Admin-Benachrichtigung die Standard-Methode ("E-Mail-Benachrichtigung") verwende oder den von Euch bereitgestellten Code (auch angehängt, E-Mailadresse und Ersetzungspfad durch xxx ersetzt) . Das Auftreten ist Browser-unabhängig, kann also nichts mit gesperrtem Javascript o.ä. zu tun haben. Und das Beste ist: ein anderes (Kontakt-)Formular auf einer anderen Unterseite derselben Joomla-Installation funktioniert einwandfrei.
Installiert ist BreezingForms 1.9.0 Stable (929) , das BreezingForms-Modul Version 1.8.4 und ein Plugin sysbreezingforms 1.0.0, das müsste alles aktuell sein.
Ich habe alle möglichen Einstellungen des Formulars ausprobiert, aber immer das gleiche Ergebnis. Da es sich um eine Seite für einen Kunden handelt möchte ich hier keine öffentlich sichtbare Adresse zeigen. Ich verwende BreezingForms seit Jahren, kenne mich mit HTML und PHP gut aus, kann mir aber absolut keinen Reim auf dieses merkwürdige Verhalten machen, und hoffe, dass Sie mir weiterhelfen können.

Could we continue this topic in English, as we are currently short on German speaking staff. Is this the code that gets in the email, or is this the page you are redirected after submit?
And where is this code placed exactly? Could you please create a package containing your form, so I could test it locally. This is tutorial for creating packages crosstec.org/en/support/online-documenta...ted/94-packages.html

Hello,
the first screenshot containing the code <DOCTYPE HTML... and so on is the frontend-page (the "normal" webpage) I see after filling out and submitting the form. The second screenshot contains the code to deliver the admin-email, this code is placed under form-options->more options-> "Übermittlungsteile" - "Ende Übermittlung".

I have tested the form locally and it works perfectly, I believe you received my test emails from form. Anyways, it is a problem in Joomla or PHP settings, maybe you could try running the form in iFrame. If it works then it is some conflict between BF and other components you have. Hello Marinko,
thank you for your tests. I set the module to run the form in an Iframe and it works. Probably not the best solution for I don't like Iframes and still don't know why this error occurred but much better than a not working form.

You are welcome, I am glad I could help you. You could test turning some of your plugins off and then testing the form outside of the iFrame, because something on the site is interfering with breezingforms, and not allowing it to work. It could be most probably a cache plugin, so you could check that out.
