Hallo Forum,

ich habe versucht Kontakt zu der Firma Crosstec aufzunehmen. Mehrfach per Mail, per Formular auf der Seite und über die Telefonnummer im Impressum.

Ich habe eine Lebenslange Mitgliedschaft erworben und bezahlt. Abgebucht wurde sofort. Nun hätte ich gerne noch ne Rechnung.

Hat da jemand ne Info für mich?

Inzwischen hab ich eine Telefonnummer gefunden ( über die Domainregistrierung), die auch geht und konnte mit einem Menschen sprechen!

Meine Rechnung soll ich unter accounts@evolutio-it.com anfordern können. Dies habe ich getan und bekam umgehend meine Rechnung. ;-) Super!

Ich habe das selbe Problem, benötige DRINGEND eine Rechnung und habe schon diverse angegebenen E-Mail Adressen kontaktiert und auch in Discord einen Post gemacht. Warum ist das so schwierig hier Hilfe zu bekommen? Wirkt nicht gerade seriös...
