Hi,

my situation:
I created several equal forms with QuckForm (registration for several courses).
Now I want other backend users let see the registrations in a comfortable way (without detail data on IPs and so on and filterd by course).
I created datasources for the courses with ContentBuilder and get the expected views.
So far so good, but it is importent to see the submitted-value of Breezforms or (what shoud be nearly the same) the created-value from the ContentBuilder table in the list view (and in the Excel-export!).

How to do this?

There was already a similar question, I know:
crosstec.org/de/foren/37-contentbuilder-...te-in-list-view.html

<cite>

you can't access those values directly. You will need to use the content prepare option like this:

$db = JFactory::getDBO();
$sql = "SELECT created FROM #__nameofstorage WHERE id ={$record_id}";
$db->setQuery($sql);
$db->query();
$newid= $db->loadResult();

$items["create_date"]["value"] =$newid;

</cite>

Unfortunately the answer there is a litle to short for me as a newbie.
For example: How can I manage to show up the new item "create_date" in the list view?

Maybe somone could help me with this issue.
Thanks in advance

Michael

Hello Scherer,

i'm not sure about your workflow.

You have multiple BreezingForms form which the user submits. And you want to show the submitted values in the list view?

You can use the form directly as the datastorage so you dont have to query the database for each submitted value.

Let me know if im wrong :)

regards
Chris

Hello Chris,

thank you for your answer.
While writing my question I thought, that when I save the data from the forms in seperate database tables and using the "Integrator", the data would also be stored in the BreezeingForms tables, but they are not.

That leads to my second questen you just answerd:
crosstec.org/en/forums/41-breezingforms-...s-contenbuilder.html

And as you answered: BreezingForms and ContentBuilder are not able to handle this workflow. Bummer!

I try to solve it on other ways.

Regards,

Michael

Hello,

thanks for your feedback and sharing your solution with the Community. As you said, the data is saved only in one database.
