If I go to:

Components => Content Builder => Views => (some view) => View tab => Advanced Options

there is a "Display in" section. What does it mean if I choose the "Backend" option? It's obvious what it means to choose "Frontend". I would like a view that only I (administrator) can see and add items to. I'm expecting a link somewhere that when I click on it I see the my website where only I see the view in question.

the "backend" refers to any part of list view that users do not see (only you as administrator when login in your joomla can see it)
The frontend is everything with which the user interacts

In joomla your backend view is located in Components->ContentBuilder Views.

I hope I explained it well
