Hello everyone,

I was wondering if it's possible to limit the results in content builder list view.
We have a breezing form associated with the view and we need the view to display the last 20 entries of the form. I have already tried by creating an override but I can only manipulate the results per page and not the total results.

So for example if there are in DB 100 records we want only to bring the last 20. Is that possible?

Hi,

without hacking I would suggest using overrides and remove the pagination and max record selection.

By default it will sort by ID, descending and show the last 20 entries (please see view => advanced options => sorting settings).

I can see the pagination but I can not see the max record selection (Not so Php familiar)
Do you mean the row


And also the records we have are about 100, and the performance is very slow (about 20sec) do you think if we limit the results will solve also the performance problem? In the future the results would be a lot more that's why we needed to limit the results.

Hi,

this is even with 100 records way way too slow.
Please install the component attached over your existing installation.
It includes some performance improvements that hopefully affect yours positively, too.

The per-page dropdown is basically included in the whole block that deals with pagination at the bottom of the template file.
